Job summary

Masonichome is looking for a Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse for the PM shift in Union City, California. The RN will be responsible for the delivery and evaluation of nursing care according to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months clinical experience in acute care or SNF as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate care delivery as per physician orders.
• Prepare, deliver, and document medication/treatment(s).
• Supervise and delegate nursing staff.

Skills

Ability to perform nursing care per current community standard for long term care

Interact effectively with residents, visitors, administration, physicians, volunteers and staff

Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations governing Long Term Care

Ability to read, write and speak English clearly

Ability to understand and respond to cultural diversity

Education

Licensed as RN to practice in California

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
