Job summary

Steico Industries, Inc. a company of Senior Plc, is seeking a Quality Inspector to uphold safety policies and verify products meet customer specifications throughout production. You will perform tests, inspect materials, and ensure compliance with blueprints and PO requirements.

Qualifications

One year of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
Knowledge of measuring gauges, calipers, and instruments.

Responsibilities

Final inspection to ensure compliance with customer specs and PO requirements.
Inspect, test and measure materials or products during production.
Document FAI measurements and complete AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports.
Act as liaison with other departments and provide technical guidance as needed.
Investigate and implement process improvements affecting quality, cost and speed.
Report quality problems to QA Manager and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Maintain inspection records and defect lists, coordinating with other departments for acceptance.
