Silverado St. Charles is hiring Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This full-time role supports memory care residents with care, attention to detail, and reliability.

Training is provided, and experience in assisted living or hospitality is a plus. Shifts are PM, Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu with Sundays/Mondays off, offering competitive pay of $18–$21 per hour and a benefits package including 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, PTO, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willing to work with memory care residents (Alzheimer’s/dementia).
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas.
• Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments.
• No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus.
