Job summary

Silverado Southlake is seeking Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in a memory care setting. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and compassion, with paid training and opportunities for internal mobility.

Schedule is Part Time, AM shift, Friday - Tuesday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with an anticipated pay range of $15 - $16 USD per hour. Prior experience is not required, and Silverado supports growth and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or educational equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willing to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas.
• Support a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments.
• No prior experience necessary - assisted living or hospitality experience a plus.
