Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the PM shift in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role supports the Maintenance department with mechanical inspections, overhauls, and preventative maintenance to help meet production goals.

The position requires hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems, safe work practices, and the ability to document work in CMMS. Shift flexibility, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade/vocational training; or three years of maintenance-related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance department with mechanical inspections, overhauls, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform all assigned preventative work orders safely and timely per procedures.
• Diagnose problems and replace/repair parts for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and related systems.
• Document all malfunctions and work performed in CMMS with data fields completed.
• Follow safety policies including lockout-tagout, hot work permit, working from heights, and confined spaces.
• Maintain maintenance storeroom inventory and meet the 65% work order vs paid hours metric.
• Attend to emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
• Perform routine visual inspections and communicate findings with supervisor.
• Uphold food safety and quality responsibilities; may work nights/weekends.
