Job summary

Tarboro Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for the PM shift to join our caregiving team. We offer flexible schedules, referral bonuses, and a sign-on bonus for full-time night shift.

The LPN will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, perform assessments, and document treatments while ensuring quality care in accordance with regulations. Experience in long-term care and a caring bedside manner are valued.

Qualifications

• LPN license in NC or a compact license required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Pass medications, perform assessments and treatments, and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise daily nursing activities by nursing assistants.
• Administer medications and complete assessments/treatments.
• Document care and participate in activities of daily living when needed.
