Job summary

The Grand Hyatt Denver is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor PM Shift to oversee the Housekeeping team and ensure guest rooms meet standards. Duties include supervising staff, inspecting rooms, and handling guest feedback, with emphasis on service quality and teamwork.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a hotel environment, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires considerable walking and ability to push, carry and pull a moderate amount of weight.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Counsel and interview employees.
• Resolve guest complaints.
• Perform general office duties.
• Swing shift 2:00pm–10:30pm, including weekends and holidays; open availability required.
