Job summary

Makeready in Denver, CO seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for training and coaching the team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet exacting cleanliness standards, and actively verifying work with a white-glove approach.

You will lead task assignments, monitor room attendants, coordinate with Front Office, and maintain stocked carts. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple rooms daily; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to efficiently clean multiple rooms and property areas in a timely manner.
• Bilingual (Spanish + English).

Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met
• Support Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested. Creating assignments for Team Members
• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work with and train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily assigned work to house porter.
• Communicate with the Front Office staff of any housekeeping delays or issues and make necessary changes to room status.
