Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is recruiting for a Dispenser / Filler Operator to work the PM shift. You will operate the filler for various product families, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and regulatory compliance while keeping the production line running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Expect a 6:00 PM–4:30 AM schedule on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with overtime and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the filler and bottling line to ensure quality and sanitation.
• Clean, set up, operate and monitor production line equipment.
• Complete documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor packaging, weights, seals, and product labeling.
• Adjust filler timing and perform line changeovers safely.
• Prepare equipment for next run and maintain clean work area.
• Follow GMPs and PPE requirements.
