Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is hiring Machine Operators to perform setup, operation, and monitoring of production line equipment, troubleshoot basic to moderate issues, and ensure packaging quality. You will handle raw materials and finished goods, complete documentation, and coordinate with other departments to meet daily deadlines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set up, operate, and monitor equipment of the production line.
• Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.
• Make adjustments to filler timing and filling; check mat as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Prepare equipment for next run and complete cleaning checklist.
