Job summary

The Pines at Placerville, part of PACS Group, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time PM shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) in Placerville, CA. You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support a compassionate, resident-centered environment alongside nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

Active CNA license in the State of California.
CPR certification preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude.
Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations.
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment.
Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
