Job summary

The Pines at Placerville is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time care team in Placerville, CA. Starting pay is $21/hour, with PM shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care and teamwork within a supportive environment. You will provide routine daily nursing care and support services, following individualized care plans to promote comfort, safety and well-being for residents while collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in CA.
• CPR preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and motivated attitude.
• Ability to follow care plans, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment.
• Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
