Hayward Gardens Post Acute in Hayward, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs for the full-time PM shift. You’ll provide routine daily care per residents’ care plans, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety, and collaborate with a caring nursing team.

We offer competitive pay between $23 and $26 per hour, depending on experience (DOE), plus a benefits package. Join us to help residents maintain independence with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California CNA certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor vital signs and document appropriately.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, comfortable living areas and linens.
• Report changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
