Job summary

AA Healthcare Management in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for evening shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm) or (10:00pm-6:00am) to provide resident-centered care in our center.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining, while observing residents and reporting to licensed staff to monitor conditions and safety. Join a team that values safety and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident care.
• Ability to monitor resident conditions and report findings.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining.
• Provide resident-centered care and observe/report to licensed staff.
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure safety.
• Work collaboratively with all disciplines in the center.
• Complete scheduled training to maintain certification credits.

• Resident centered care oriented

• Personal cares to include assistance in ADL's, mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining assistance

• Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety

• Be aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers

• Answer call lights timely and promptly

• Be a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the center

• Licensed as a certified nursing assistant, and participate in scheduled training and educational classes, maintaining the educational credits for continued certification
