Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a Resident Assistant at North Pointe Assisted Living in Minnesota. This full-time role offers a PM shift and competitive hourly pay. The position includes shift differentials and a $800 sign-on bonus for 40+ hours per week.

We provide a supportive team and comprehensive benefits. You will assist residents with personal care, support mobility, administer medications as directed, and help foster emotional well-being through daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of RA experience in a long-term care setting (Nursing or Assisted Living)
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support
