Job summary

Hilton Columbus Polaris is seeking a PM Server for our 17 Arrows and Patio restaurant. We offer part-time and full-time openings, with lunch and dinner shifts on weekdays and weekends.

You will greet guests, take orders, operate the POS system, and deliver meals with the highest level of guest service. Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in customer service, preferably in food & beverage or restaurant settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders in the 17 Arrows restaurant and patio.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system; deliver meals to tables.
• Provide high levels of guest service and satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Support co-workers as needed to ensure smooth service.
