Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
