The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks a Server Assistant/Food Runner for the winter season in Park City, UT. This full-time seasonal role (Nov 2026–Apr 2027) supports Food Servers/Bartenders in a fast-paced resort setting with guest contact and lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• Open/Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.

• This job requires lifting and stamina. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to a moderate amount of weight.
• Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency.

Summary

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" in the world.

The Server Assistant/ Food Runner is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server/Bartender in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

This is a Full-Time Seasonal role and must be available to work from November 2026 - end of April 2027.
