Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows is seeking a Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN) for the PM shift to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will support staff, coordinate care, monitor medications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role offers a second shift differential, daily pay options, and a focus on teamwork, compassion, and professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Experience in nursing supervision or leadership.
• Experience in hospital, long-term care, skilled nursing, or related setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the PM shift.
• Coordinate resident care and ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, and blood draws.
• Conduct nursing rounds and observe residents’ status.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and families.
• Ensure timely nursing documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with quality assurance and standards of care.
