Job summary

Industrial Threaded Products, Inc. in Brea, CA, invites applications for a Receiving Associate on the 2nd shift.

You will handle receiving, verification, and inventory updates in a fast-paced warehouse, coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in warehouse receiving/inventory control, familiarity with SKU-heavy stock, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse receiving and inventory control experience
• Experience with SKU-intensive inventory required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) regularly
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Computer skills
• Ability to learn ERP software (P21)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
• Spanish bilingual (desired)

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Accurately process receiving documentation and update inventory systems
• Assist in organizing and sorting materials for proper warehouse storage
• Collaborate with receiving team member to manage daily workload
• Communicate with purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
