Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a PM Ravello Food Runner to support an on-site Italian restaurant. You will ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables and assist with setup, service, and cleanup in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, works well with a large team, speaks fluent English, and has legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly.
• Clear dirty dishes between courses and reset tables as needed.

The Opportunity

PM Ravello Food Runner

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In the evening, guests may feast on hot fresh pizza and bread made at the wood-burning oven, or regionally influenced Italian specialties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner
• Responsible for clearing the table of any dirty dishes between courses
• Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
