Crescent City Physicians, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to provide comprehensive rehab and musculoskeletal care to patients across a broad spectrum of conditions in New Orleans.

You will develop evidence-based treatment plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensure documentation, and participate in quality and safety initiatives within LCMC Health. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program.
• Residency training completed; fellowship in Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Brain Injury Medicine, Spinal Cord Injury Medicine, or Neurorehabilitation preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with rehabilitation, neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life.
• Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to patient calls, messages, and follow-up needs.
• Complete patient encounters and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Identify and report signs of abuse or neglect in line with policies.
• Recognize and respond to medical emergencies following protocols.
