Job summary

Mercy is seeking a full-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our nationally recognized PMR group in Springfield, Missouri. The role offers autonomy in a collaborative environment with inpatient and outpatient PMR responsibilities at a 60-bed freestanding rehab hospital.

We provide a guaranteed starting salary of $425,000 with wRVU upside within 6 months, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for recruitment bonuses and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services at a freestanding 60-bed rehab hospital.
• Deliver care with autonomy in practice and focus on personal clinical interests.
• Collaborate with a team of PMR physicians and APPs to support the service line.
