Job summary

Crescent City Physicians, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to provide rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care to patients in New Orleans.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to maximize function, improve quality of life, and coordinate care across specialties. The role emphasizes evidence-based evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions, with opportunities for leadership and professional development

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with rehabilitation, neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
• Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to patient calls, messages, and follow-up needs in a timely manner.
• Complete patient encounters and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Identify and appropriately report signs of abuse or neglect in accordance with organizational policies.
