Job summary

medrina is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatry (PM&R) physician for our North Carolina practice. You’ll help patients regain function in skilled nursing facilities, with optional inpatient rehab work, and enjoy physician-led, autonomous clinical decision-making in a private-practice–style setting.

We offer a generous compensation package ($350,000-$400,000 base), flexible full-/part-time scheduling with no nights or weekends, and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R.
New grads welcome.
Multiple locations open nationwide – tell us where you'd like to practice.

Responsibilities

Guide recovery and functional outcomes for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
Direct decision-making over rehab plans and recovery goals.
Mentorship and PM&R-specific training; support staff handle admin tasks.
Maintain clinical autonomy with private-practice-like independence.
