Medrina in Arkansas is seeking a Physiatry (PM&R) physician to lead recovery and functional outcomes in skilled nursing facilities, with optional inpatient rehab. You will enjoy private-practice autonomy and a physician-led team, with mentorship and scalable support from a mature organization.

We offer base compensation in the $350k–$400k range, plus a flexible schedule—full-time or part-time—with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
• New grads welcome
• Multiple locations open nationwide - tell us where you'd like to practice

Responsibilities

• Guide recovery and functional outcomes for PM&R patients in skilled nursing facilities
• Inpatient rehab work available if you want it
• Direct decision-making over rehab plans and recovery goals, with mentorship and support
