Comprehensive Rehab Consultants seeks a PM&R clinician to provide specialized Physiatry services at a designated skilled nursing facility in LaGrange, GA. The role emphasizes collaboration with the post-acute therapy team and autonomy in managing daily clinical responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have NP/PA/APR license and GA licensure, with experience in post-acute care. The position is part-time with typical 8-hour shifts, offering comprehensive benefits and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Post-acute healthcare experience preferred.
• Geriatric care understanding desired.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
• Represent CRC in the facility with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with PCP teams for SNF conditions management.
• Work with PT/OT/SLP to improve patient function.
• Track progress and address barriers to therapy.
