Comprehensive Rehab Consultant in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a part-time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized services in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
- Collaborate with PCP teams to manage common SNF conditions.
- Track therapy patients' progress.
- Engage in monthly didactic lectures and team meetings.
