Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens physician for an inpatient physical medicine & rehabilitation setting in Minnesota. Expect duties including EMG procedures, call coverage, and managing patient flow across shifts.

Responsibilities include handling 8–14 patients per shift and up to 16 during call, with approximately five admissions during on-call periods. ACLS and BLS certifications are required, and Weatherby provides essential support and resources for assignments.

Qualifications

• EMG certification or experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call coverage with a 1:3 ratio and 30-minute response time.
• 8–14 patients per shift; 8–16 patients seen during call.
• Inpatient rehab setting with approximately 5 admissions during call.
