Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Board-certified Physiatrist for inpatient rehabilitation coverage in Duluth, MN. This locum-tenens role features in-house call with a 1:3 call ratio and ongoing coverage from Jan 01, 2027 onward.

You will perform EMG/NCS, manage acute and chronic pain with multimodal strategies, and coordinate care with PT/OT/SLP. BLS/ACLS required; Epic EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• MD degree and board certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care to patients with complex medical conditions.
• Perform electrodiagnostic studies (EMG, nerve conduction studies) for diagnosis and management.
• Manage acute and chronic pain using a multimodal approach.
• Coordinate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
• Conduct daily rounds and oversee discharge planning.
