Job summary

Trailborn is seeking a Part-Time PM Public Area Attendant in Wrightsville Beach, NC, to keep the resort's public spaces pristine and welcoming. You will support the Housekeeping team, respond to guest requests, and assist with event room setup as needed.

The role requires 1+ year cleaning experience, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Pay is $16.00 per hour with standard benefits.

ABOUT OUR ROLE

Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort with precise attention to detail. Public Area Attendants work diligently to ensure that all public spaces, including, but not limited to the Lobby, Restrooms, Meeting Spaces, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. PM Public Area Attendants also support the Housekeeping team after hours by assisting with housekeeping-related guest requests, such as delivering requested items and responding to other guest needs when appropriate.

ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately and efficiently report information
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and work environment at all times
• Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to work in hot and cold conditions, lift, reach, kneel, and/or bend for up to eight hours a day
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• 1+ years of cleaning experience. Experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.

PHYSICAL

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain upright continuously on a firm surface for an 8–10-hour shift.
• Must be able to move at least 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without another person's aid.
• Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
• Must be able to ascend to 12 feet in height on a ladder.
• Must be able to position oneself appropriately to efficiently make beds, carry trash, vacuum, sweep, dust and be able to assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.

SCHEDULE

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
