Job Description
We are looking for a Public Area Attendant to join our team at The Hoxton, Downtown LA. The role is based within the property and reports directly to the Director of Engineering.
What you’ll do….
- Provide the highest level of customer care, and to provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests
- Be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of all public areas, we want our guests to see a sparkling lobby every time they walk in
- Empty trash in all public areas and clean public area restrooms
- Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shiny
- Vacuum carpets where needed
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Attend all training sessions required
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Executive Housekeeper
- Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to find solutions to challenges
- Undertake any other reasonable requests from management
