Qualifications

• 1+ years of entry-level mechanical experience or heavy equipment/automotive fleet maintenance.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and state/federal safety regulations.
• Computer literate; able to read service manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM services: tire, oil, filter, and brake inspections and replacements.
• Assist with diagnostics and safety inspections of systems including brakes, emissions, steering, engine, hydraulics.
• Take trucks on test drives to diagnose issues and verify repairs.
• Conduct routine DOT, PM, and safety inspections under supervision.
• Use diagnostic software and complete digital work orders; track parts and assist shop administration.
