GFL Environmental Inc. in Wilmington, NC seeks a Diesel Mechanic - Tech B for night shift to maintain our diesel and CNG fleet, diagnose electronic systems, and perform complex repairs in a fast-paced shop. You will participate in preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and fleet diagnostics.
Responsibilities include brake and A/C service, road testing, and strict OSHA/GFL safety adherence while logging work orders and managing parts. CDL preferred with ASE certifications considered a plus.
Shift: Night Shift (2:30 PM - 1:00 AM)

As a Diesel Mechanic - Tech B, you will work alongside shop leadership and senior mechanics to keep our diverse fleet of Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles operating in peak, road-ready condition. You will handle everything from standard preventative maintenance and electronic diagnostics to complex mechanical repairs in a safe, fast-paced shop environment.
