Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care during PM shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required charting and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond quickly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Whether assisting with evening routines, medication passes, family communication, or clinical support, you play an essential role in creating a positive and caring experience for our residents every shift.
