Job summary

Orbital Kitchens, a New York–based delivery-only, multi-brand kitchen company, is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to join our fast-casual service line. You will prepare customer orders, engage with guests, keep the line organized, and support teammates during busy periods.

In this full-time role, you will work 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, five days a week, including weekends. Base pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour and includes tips; experience and reliability influence starting rate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant experience required.
• Experience as line staff, counter staff, fast‑casual crew, cashier, food runner, or server preferred.
• Friendly, customer‑focused and reliable with assigned shifts (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
• Build bowls and prepare orders quickly, neatly.
• Keep the service line clean, stocked, organized, and ready for rush periods.
• Support in-store, pickup, and delivery orders with accuracy.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, utensils, drinks, and condiments.
• Help teammates with prep, cleaning, dishwashing, and other tasks during the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.

Compensation Note

Team members receive shared tips, but tips may vary by shift. Base pay is based on experience, reliability, and customer service strength.
