Role Overview

Our restaurant team is looking for a part-time Cashier and Team Member who is excited about delivering great food and friendly service to our community. In this role, you are the face of our restaurant. Whether you are welcoming guests at the front counter, serving drive-thru customers, or keeping our dining area spotless, your main goal is to make sure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. What Success Looks Like

On a day-to-day basis, you will keep our restaurant running smoothly by focusing on three main areas: hospitality, accuracy, and cleanliness. You will greet guests warmly, listen to their orders, and enter them accurately into our register. Success means packing orders carefully so they are correct, keeping the assembly line moving quickly, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for both your teammates and our guests.

Over time, you will become an expert in our menu and operations. You will build strong working relationships with your teammates, learn how to anticipate guest needs before they ask, and help maintain high food safety and organization standards across the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome dine‑in and drive‑thru guests with a friendly attitude. Answer questions about the menu, suggest additional items, and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Order Accuracy and Speed: Package food and beverage orders correctly, aiming to serve guests efficiently within our target service times.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Follow all food safety and health guidelines, monitor product holding times, rotate display items, and complete routine cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen and dining area spotless.
• Teamwork and Communication: Listen to instructions, assist teammates when they need help, and communicate openly with shift leaders and managers about any issues or customer feedback.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Reliable and able to work your assigned schedule, which may include weekends or evenings.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift and carry restaurant supplies (such as food ingredients or packaging) short distances.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
