As a PM Cook you will participate in meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, maintain clean storage areas, and assist with specials while supporting a collaborative kitchen environment. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook/related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquet items according to specifications.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food supplies.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe execution with the kitchen team.
• Work with managers to create specials and variations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
