We are hiring a PM Hotel Line Cook

Great opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position as a hotel cook involves tempting our guests’ palates with attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Ensure proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders with attention to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
6. Be proactive with ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to prevent service obstacles.
