Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in line cooking.

Aufgaben

• Perform knife skills including julienne, dice, chop, chiffonade.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food products to comply with health department regulations.
• Maintain commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Build positive relations with team members and supervisors.
• Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with any tasks requested.
• Keeps station and coolers clean and neat; ensure sanitation is maintained for subsequent shifts.
• Carefully follow standard recipes for pre-prep and prep of all items.
• Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
• Know all items on menu and daily specials, how to cook, plate presentations and portions.
• All other tasks and duties as assigned.
