Job summary

Lua Brewing in Des Moines (DSM area) is seeking full-time PM line cooks to join our team and help deliver award-winning craft beer and food.

As a line cook you will prepare and set up stations, execute dishes to standard, manage high-volume service, and maintain strong communication with the BOH team to ensure smooth service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun kitchen and cares about quality.

• Prepare and set up station with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
• Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in every plate.
• Manage high-volume ticket flow during service while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with BOH team to ensure proper timing and coordination of dishes.

You will work closely with the kitchen team and leadership to ensure smooth service, while helping upholding Lua's operational standards.
