Thompson Dallas, the Texas debut at The National, is a 52-story building boasting a midcentury-modern hexagon design, rising prominently above the Dallas skyline. Designed to encompass an entire city block, Thompson Dallas will offer 219 guestrooms including 52 suites, 2 defining dining options, and 20,000 sq feet of stunning event space. Other amenities will include a resort-style pool, a custom-curated fitness facility, spa, and dog park. Cook Position
The Cook will accurately and efficiently prepare and assemble dishes that meet the culinary and aesthetic standards of the Chef team. Responsibilities include maintaining and preparing mise en place, upkeep of the assigned station, and ensuring a thorough kitchen closure, all contributing to a healthy work environment. Additional duties will be assigned based on the specific role within the Cook position.
