Job summary

Ubisoft Entertainment in Paris is seeking a Project Manager Assistant intern for a 6-month program starting January 2027. You will support project management activities, participate in demonstrations for production and business teams, assist with integration of new productions and product launches, and help document requirements and schedules under the guidance of experienced managers.

Qualifications

You are a student with knowledge of web/multimedia services and strong analytical skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
You are a good communicator and proactive.
You understand the technical aspects of a web integration service and can communicate with developers.

Responsibilities

Assist project management activities alongside core responsibilities.
Participate in demonstrations/presentations to production and business teams on services like Ubisoft Connect and Leaderboard.
Coordinate configuration operations and assist with integration of new productions and launches.
Analyze requirements with production studios to create a schedule.
Document technical and non-technical project details with senior PMs.
Advise teams to define opportunities, improve UX and implement solutions.
Relay feedback to Product Managers to drive improvements.
Contribute to project reporting and communication.
Collaborate with Live Operations on Social and Engagement products.
