Job summary

Black Desert Resort is seeking a PM Housekeeping Manager for the evening to overnight shift. Lead the overnight housekeeping team to uphold luxury standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Manage inspections, guest requests, and handoffs to daytime leadership in a dynamic resort setting. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Proficiency with housekeeping scheduling systems (e.g., Nuvola) a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the second shift and overnight housekeeping team, including guest room attendants and lobby staff.
• Coordinate nightly cleaning assignments and public area rotations.
• Respond promptly to late-night guest requests and housekeeping needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and proper PPE/chemical handling compliance.
• Manage overnight staffing, shifts, and handoffs to daytime leadership.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate overnight updates to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The PM Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the resort’s housekeeping operations during evening and overnight hours, ensuring that all guest accommodations and public areas are cleaned, restocked, and guest-ready for the following day.

Job Summary:

The PM Housekeeping Manager supervises the overnight housekeeping team to maintain the resort’s high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety. This leadership role includes conducting inspections, resolving late-night guest needs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the daytime management team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing staff in a luxury hospitality environment.

Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time / 5pm - 2amPay Range: $58,000 - $66,000/year. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Supervise and support the second shift housekeeping team and overnight housekeeping team, including guest room attendants, house attendants, and lobby attendants.
• Coordinate nightly cleaning assignments and public area rotations to ensure all guest spaces and common areas are clean, stocked, and secure
• Respond promptly to late-night guest requests, deliveries, and housekeeping needs
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, public restrooms, and service areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and chemical handling
• Monitor linen usage and coordinate overnight laundry operations
• Communicate any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety concerns to appropriate departments
• Manage employee scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage to ensure full second shift coverage
• Train and coach second shift and overnight team members to follow resort procedures and hospitality standards
• Prepare and deliver shift reports and communicate overnight updates to daytime leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
