Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's Black Desert Resort in southern Utah seeks a House Attendant Specialist to maintain public areas and perform deep-cleaning and maintenance projects across the property.

You will handle carpet cleaning, floor care, window washing, power washing, and outdoor area maintenance, with flexibility for early shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and guest-ready presentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Experience with floor care equipment, carpet cleaning, or power washing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Support housekeeping operations by restocking supplies, linen, and amenities throughout the property.
  • Assist guests and team members with requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform deep-cleaning projects including carpet cleaning, tile and floor care, and detailed surface cleaning.
  • Clean and maintain furniture, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces.
  • Operate specialized equipment such as carpet extractors, floor machines, and power washers.
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces, ensuring a polished and streak-free finish.
  • Maintain outdoor areas including pool decks, walkways, patios, and entryways.
  • Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, equipment, and cleaning practices.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply needs.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule based on project needs, including early morning start times.
  • Support additional housekeeping duties to maintain overall cleanliness standards.
  • Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Housekeeping team plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of the resort to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. The House Attendant Specialist supports both daily housekeeping operations and specialized cleaning projects across the property.

Job Summary

The House Attendant Specialist – Full Time is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas while also performing specialized deep‑cleaning and maintenance projects throughout the resort. This role supports housekeeping operations through supply management and guest service, while executing projects such as carpet cleaning, floor care, window washing, power washing, and outdoor area maintenance. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring all areas of the resort meet Black Desert Resort’s ultra‑premium cleanliness standards.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Year‑Round / Full‑Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
