Compass Group USA, via SSC Services for Education, is hiring a PM Grounds Supervisor at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY. You will direct associates on shift and ensure duties meet policy and performance standards, with a 3:15 pm–12:00 am schedule and a fixed pay rate.

You will train staff, schedule work, evaluate performance, prepare reports, mentor teammates, and handle time-off requests. Benefits include 401K with company match, disability insurance, health programs, and same-day pay

• PM GROUNDS SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: University of Kentucky - 411 South Limestone, Lexington, KY 40506. (Openings at other locations within school district available)
• Schedule: Full time schedule; days may vary, 3:15 pm to 12:00 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
