Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator (Single & Double Forklift) for a fast-paced warehouse. You will safely load/unload, stage, and transport goods, while maintaining accuracy and following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications include prior forklift experience with single and double pallet forklifts, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. RF scanning and WMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating single and double pallet forklifts.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate single and double pallet forklifts to move products.
• Load and unload trailers ensuring product integrity.
• Transport finished goods and raw materials to designated locations.
• Stage and organize inventory for shipping and receiving.
• Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Follow inventory control procedures for accurate product movement.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
