Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Safety and accuracy are essential as you move, load, unload, and stage products.

This full-time role offers overtime, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement for candidates with forklift experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker forklifts
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Stage products for shipment and production use
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
