Ocean Key Resort and Spa in Key West is seeking a friendly Restaurant Greeter/Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate with servers. This role supports a busy resort environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a positive, guest-focused attitude within a Noble House Hotels & Resorts property offering comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

You own this if you have...

Prior Restaurant Greeter/Hostess experience.

• Must be able to exert physical effort in lifting up to 50 pounds
• Push/Pull 50 + pounds
• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
• Utilize computer and/or POS system
• Remain in mobile and standing position for at least 8 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and with other departments and interdepartmentally
• Must have positive attitude
