This on-site position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes and kitchenware, keeping work areas clean, and supporting both Front and Back of House.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment as directed by the Outlet Chef.
• Keep the kitchen area clean by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including ware washing and pot washing stations.
• Empty trash, dispose of rubbish, and ensure trash area is clean and odor-free.
• Support Front and Back of House by ensuring wares are clean, sanitized, and ready for use.
• Perform cleaning projects such as ovens, refrigerators, filters, and polishing metal surfaces as assigned by Outlet Chef.
• Adhere to State and Local Health Department regulations to maintain a safe environment.
